Join Wendo, the imaginative artist behind Handmaiden Canada, for a truly unique needle felting experience at Muskoka Yarn & Fibrefest. With years of experience in fibre art, Wendo is best known for her whimsical style and playful approach to felting. She brings characters to life through her signature vegan taxidermy and creative 3D sculptures.
Wendo’s workshops are fun, welcoming, and designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re new to needle felting or looking to sharpen your techniques, her relaxed teaching style and infectious enthusiasm will inspire you to create something magical.

During this 3.5-hour session, you’ll create a vibrant 8 x 10 wool landscape using needle felting techniques that bring colour, texture, and imagination together. This project is designed to be completed in class, and all materials are included—just bring your creativity!
