Welcome to Muskoka Yarn & Fibrefest, our yearly yarn and fibre festival in Bracebridge, Ontario. Every June, more than 800 knitters, spinners, dyers, crocheters, weavers and felters join us for a full day of shopping, demos and fibre friends, all with Canadian small businesses. Admission is $5 and kids under 12 are free.

A Full Size Fibre Festival in the Heart of Muskoka

We fill more than 12,000 square feet of indoor space at the Bracebridge Fairgrounds in Bracebridge, Ontario, with room for big booths, live demos and makers from across Canada. Outside, there's an outdoor vendor area and livestock space, and our 5 acres of grounds are home to camping for the weekend.

50 to 60 Canadian Small Businesses in One Place

Every vendor at Fibrefest is a Canadian small business, from indie dyers just starting out to established fibre brands with double booths. You'll find hand dyed yarn, natural fibres, spinning wheels, felting supplies, tools and handmade goods, much of it made right here in Canada. When you shop at Fibrefest, you're buying Canadian and supporting the makers who keep fibre arts alive.

🛍️ Our vendor spaces sell out every year, with a waitlist of over 100 businesses. We jury every application to keep the mix fresh, so there's always something new to discover.

Come Touch Everything

Fibre is meant to be felt, touched and explored. Our layout lets you chat with makers, test fibres, watch spinning demos and get your hands on everything before you buy. Whether you knit, spin, dye, felt or do a bit of everything, this is your chance to meet Canada's best fibre makers face to face.

Camping and Workshops

Make a weekend of it! On site camping is available on Friday night for vendors and guests. Workshops for 2027 are coming soon, so join our mailing list to hear about them first.
