Calling all fibre festival vendors! Muskoka Yarn & Fibrefest returns to the Bracebridge Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 26, 2027. If you dye yarn, raise fibre animals, spin, weave, felt or make the tools and notions fibre artists love, we'd love to see your work in our market.

Why Sell at Our Fibre Festival
Since 2019, Fibrefest has grown into one of Ontario's favourite gatherings for the fibre community. Each June, 50 to 60 vendors and more than 800 shoppers fill over 12,000 square feet of indoor space, plus our outdoor market and livestock area. If you're a craft show vendor in Ontario looking for a crowd that truly loves fibre, this is your show.
Our shoppers come ready to buy. Knitters make up the biggest part of our crowd, along with spinners, crocheters, weavers, felters and plenty of people looking for a special handmade gift. It's a friendly, relaxed show in the heart of Muskoka, and many of our yarn festival vendors come back year after year.
How the Vendor Waitlist Works
- Join the list. Add your name and email using the form on this page.
- Watch your inbox in January. Everyone on the waitlist gets an email as soon as applications open.
- Apply early. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis, so the sooner you apply, the better your chances.
- Send your photos. New vendors email 3 to 4 photos of their work to info@muskokafibrefest.com.
A Juried Show With Something for Everyone
Fibrefest is a juried show. We review every application with our shoppers in mind and work to bring together the widest possible mix of fibre, yarn, tools and handmade goods. Variety is what keeps people coming back, so we look for vendors who add something new to the market. If your work stands out, we want to hear from you.
2027 Booth Options
Indoor Booths
- Single booth: $250
- Corner booth: $400 (only 3 available)
- Double booth: $475
- Market table: $125
Outdoor Booths
- Single booth: $160
- Double booth: $320
- Livestock space: $50
Every booth includes two admissions, two name tags and lunch for one. Extra lunches are $10. Outdoor and livestock spaces need a tent with walls, as the show runs rain or shine.

When and where is Muskoka Yarn & Fibrefest 2027?
Saturday, June 26, 2027, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Bracebridge Fairgrounds, 331 Fraserburg Rd, Bracebridge, Ontario.
Does joining the waitlist guarantee me a booth?
The waitlist makes sure you hear about applications first. Space is limited and the show is juried, so booths are offered based on when you apply and the variety you bring to the market.
I was a vendor in 2026. Do I need to join the waitlist?
No. Returning vendors receive their own invitation in November and don't need to send photos.
What happens after I apply?
When you submit your application, we automatically receive a copy. Once you're accepted, we'll send you a PayPal link to pay for your booth.
