Lichen and Lace | Hand-Dyed Yarn Studio — Muskoka Fibrefest Vendor

About Lichen and Lace

Megan of Lichen and Lace is coming from Sackville, New Brunswick — a significant journey — and it tells you something about how much she values showing up for the fibre arts community.

From Lettuce Knit to Lichen and Lace

Megan founded Lettuce Knit, one of Toronto’s most beloved yarn shops, before moving her family east to New Brunswick, where Lichen and Lace was born — a hand-dyed yarn studio inspired by the sea, the marshes, the Acadian forest, and the quality of light on the East Coast.

Nature-Inspired Hand-Dyed Colourways

The colourways are nature-driven: soft, complex, and layered. The single-ply superwash merino fingering weight has developed a devoted international following and is carried by shops in Canada, the US, the UK, the EU, and Japan.
