Natashja Spenler is a self-taught needle felt artist based in London, Ontario. After retiring from a career in teaching, she channelled her passion for creativity and education into the art of needle felting — and Knotted Theory was born.

Natashja’s background as an educator shapes everything she does. Her love of teaching didn’t retire with her — it simply found a new medium. Through Knotted Theory, she brings whimsical felted characters to life and shares the craft with anyone ready to learn.
Commissions, Galleries & Recognized Needle Felt Art
Natashja’s work has earned recognition well beyond the studio. She has completed commissions for Sony Industries, taught needle felting classes at several art galleries across Ontario, and displays her finished pieces at Sunset Arts Gallery in Grand Bend.
